Research issues with insurance carriers, vendor insurance agencies, and agents. Analyze data entry and vendor payments for accuracy. Responsibilities: The Help Desk/ Systems Administrator is the first tier level of diagnosis, resolution, and contact for the IT department. This position will be responsible for imaging, maintaining, and upgrading the desktop environment, as well as some of the basic systems administration tasks including security administration, server builds, and patching.

Life, Accident and Health Insurance License must be obtained, materials and costs to do so are provided. Previous sales experience a must, insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities: Dependable and analytical individual needed to review, analyze, and reconcile enrollment and premium billing and collection data. Will also prepare and manage statistic ad hoc reports for management and other institutions. Assisting with any other enrollment duties as required necessary.

Long Term Care Internal Wholesaler

Responsibilities: To provide sales and service support in our Long Term Care support center. Ability to talk on the telephone with producers selling LTC on behalf of Fortune 50 clients. Review and assist Producers with selecting and completing all pre-sales transactions as well as reviewing and researching all items which are not in good order.

Experience / Education Requirements: You must be able to explain the need for Long Term Care Planning as well as understand and articulate the differences in various LTC insurance products. Knowledge of LTC product design options and strong commitment to excellence in customer service are measures of success for this position. Base pay plus incentive!

Responsibilities: Interpret and enter data from incoming Insurance Carrier statements. Research and assist in the resolution of issues with insurance carriers, and other internal departments. Working schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:00 am until 12 pm or 9 am until 1 pm. (20 hours per week).

Experience / Education Requirements: Ability to understand and consistently interpret commission statements and data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work. Must have good analytical and problem solving skills with strong numerical and computational aptitude.
